Use LESS with uncountable nouns and FEWER with countable nouns

Useful English tip: use LESS with uncountable nouns and FEWER with countable nouns. Examples:

“I have LESS money than Mr. Ambani, but FEWER problems.”
• (“money” = uncountable; “problems” = countable)

“FEWER people go to work on Saturdays, so there is LESS traffic.”
• (“people” = countable; “traffic” = uncountable)
