 to make somebody do something by talking to them and being very nice to them.

1.cajole somebody (into something/into doing something)
eg. Allen cajoled me into agreeing to do laundries.
Allen劝诱我洗衣服。

2.cajole something out of somebody
eg. I managed to cajole Emily’s number out of them.
我成功的从他们那套出了Emily的号码。

cajole意思就是哄骗;劝诱;说服,类似的词语还有coax。
